how to know what to expect
It’s one of the first questions most clients ask, and the answer depends on more than the size of the home or structure.
Your property, location, utilities, site conditions, and local building requirements can all have a significant impact on the total cost of construction. A property that requires a well, septic system, extensive grading, utility extensions, or additional permitting may have very different costs than a similar project on a build-ready lot. That’s why we look at the bigger picture before establishing a realistic project budget. We’ll help you evaluate the property, identify potential site-related costs, and understand the requirements that could affect your build.
