Pocket Haus was created around the idea that a home does not have to be enormous to be meaningful. We specialize in thoughtfully designed smaller homes and structures that provide flexibility for families, property owners, investors, and anyone looking to make better use of their land.
Whether you are building an ADU for family, a guest house, a cabin, an investment property, a workshop, or your own unique small home, our goal is to make the process straightforward and enjoyable. We combine practical construction experience with creative design to help clients build spaces that look great, function well, and add long-term value to their property.

mac madeley | president
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Mac attended Stephen F. Austin State University, then in the wake of the events of 2001, he joined the U.S. Army. After 14 years of service, Mac returned to Texas to work for a prominent home builder in the DFW metroplex. But it wasn’t until he came across a news segment about homeless veterans, and the community that rallied around them by building a tiny home village, that he discovered his love for tiny homes and a desire to give back.
Today, Mac resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife and son. He combines his knowledge of home building with a commitment to making a difference, crafting a new perspective on small spaces that make an impact in a big way

Jill Bolton | Lead Project Manager and Designer.
With over 20 years of experience in residential design, construction, and luxury home finishes, Jill brings a unique combination of creativity, industry knowledge, and hands-on expertise to Pocket Haus Construction.
Her background includes 18 years specializing in high-end plumbing, appliances, and hardware, followed by several years working directly in residential design, construction, and project management. This experience has given her a strong eye for detail and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
As Lead Project Manager and Designer, Jill helps bring each client’s vision to life, balancing thoughtful design, functionality, and attention to detail to create spaces that feel like home.
